Job Description
Manage and scale storefront revenue across TikTok Shop US and Amazon US leveraging E-GEAD's sub-24h fulfillment infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Directly operate storefronts on TikTok Shop US and Amazon (FBM/FBA).
- Conduct winning product research, optimize SEO listings, and implement high-converting imagery and video creatives.
- Monitor and safeguard account health metrics (Late Dispatch Rate < 1%, Order Defect Rate < 0.5%).
- Plan promotional campaigns, Flash Sales, and collaborate with ad teams to maximize ROAS.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing Amazon US or TikTok Shop US stores.
- Thorough grasp of US marketplace policies, search algorithms, and fulfillment protocols.
- Strong quantitative skills, data analytics proficiency, and customer escalation management.
- Fluent English communication and writing skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
