Global Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

Job Description

Coordinate manufacturing supply chains and cross-border carrier networks with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Your Responsibilities:

• Forecast material demands and coordinate production schedules against order volume.
• Negotiate and liaise with global shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to optimize freight cost and transit times.
• Manage 2-4 day domestic delivery SLAs in the US and resolve customs or carrier exceptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in international logistics or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and modern ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong negotiation skills, rapid problem-solving, and resilience during peak holiday seasons (Q4).
